$4,000 in grants to local businesses in Columbia, PA
Keith Lutz, President of the Columbia Economic Development Corporation recently announced the recipients of the organization’s Business Grants for 2023. Lutz stated that the four $1,000 grants are a continuation of CEDC’s commitment to actively promote community development and business expansion within the Borough of Columbia.
2023 Winners:
The recipients for 2023 are AXEL MECHANICAL for advertising purposes, GOLDEN WHISK for website development, SHERTZER ENTERPRISES for courtyard construction at 336 Locust St., and HOMESTEAD CRAFTSMAN for façade improvements at 15 N 3rd Street.

Bill Kloidt, Executive Director for CEDC stated that the organization will accept business grant applications for 2024 beginning on February 15th and will close on March 31, 2024. Applications can be completed online here. Other information needed is the company’s 2023 Tax Return and Business License.
