GRANT APPLICATION FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OR FAÇADE IMPROVEMENTS
PURPOSE- To annually assist four businesses physically located in Columbia Borough by providing up to $1,000 to each business to assist in façade painting improvements.
First impressions matter.
Please include the following documents with your application-
Business License, Employee Identification Number, or social security number if DBA (Doing Business As).
Most recent Federal Income Tax Return on business.
Estimate from contractor or vendor.

GRANT AWARD DEADLINES AND TIMELINE-
January 1, 2025 - Grant applications open.
June 30, 2025 - Grant submission deadline.
Summer 2025 - Grant winners announced
November 14, 2025- Attend ANNUAL MEETING of CEDC to be recognized by Board of Directors and membership.
