Chip Factory Hotel in Columbia, PA Receives $1 million Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) Grant for Project Site work.

Columbia, PA, December 28, 2020. On December 23, 2020, Cimarron Investments, LLC, developer and owner of the Chip Factory Hotel was notified that a $1 million Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) Grant was awarded to support the Chip Factory Hotel Project. The grant will assist in the demolition, earthwork, shoring and provide for site improvements.
